Collection: Voter Registration
Description: The list of voters in New Jersey is from the Department of State’s Division of Elections on their Voter Information Portal.
Each record represents a single voter registered in the state as of September 2020. Registration dates were taken from an older version of the data and only exist for voters also registered in 2018.
The full data set contains all original variables and new variables added with minimally, consistently, and confidently normalized character strings. These
normalized strings are those searched from the Accountability database.
Data was processed using R software and is documented on the Accountability Project GitHub repository.
