Collection: Money in politics
Description: Kentucky contributions data was obtained from the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance. Data is exported from the KREF candidate search page. Data is available from 2011 on and last updated on May 12, 2021.
Each record is a single campaign contribution made to a political campaign from an individual or business. The full data files contain all original columns. New columns with normalized data are used for searches. Data processing was done using open-source software and is documented on the Accountability Project GitHub repository.
